These cats and kittens are staying at our center or in GNHCP foster homes and may be visited by appointment.
Chadis an adolescent male kitten who was rescued from a chaotic neighborhood in New Haven. He is learning to trust people. He loves to be petted and is very playful and affectionate with other cats. Chad would be a great feline companion for a household where there is another cat. Please call GNHCP at (203) 782-2287 or email gnhcp1@gnhcp.org.
Ben and BrandonHi, we're Ben and Brandon, and we're looking for our forever home! After two years of being inseparable, we can safely say that we don't believe in sibling rivalry! We came to the center as kittens, and we have always lived together - we are really hoping to be adopted by the same family so that we can stay together. Sometimes we like to play with each other, but it is always good-natured! If you don't mind us saying so, we have grown up to be truly beautiful cats, and while we love to play, we will never say no to being pampered! You can pick us up, pet us, and brush us; Ben is always up for a good belly rub and Brandon loves being scratched behind the ears. We really hope you'll come by GNHCP to meet us soon!Call 782-CATS (782-2287) or send a message to gnhcp1@gnhcp.org to arrange for a visit! MagicHi, I'm Magic, and I'm looking for my forever home! If I do say so myself, 'magic' is an understatement - with my sparkling eyes and elegant stature, I am truly enchanting! I am about 6 years old and have been at the Center for a couple of years now; I moved there because I had been living outside in Wallingford. I am still a little shy, but I am really learning to love people, especially if they bring me catnip! I would really like to meet you - if I join your family, I would be an attentive friend and look beautiful lounging on your couch! DellaHi, I'm Della, and I'm looking for my forever home! After a rough start in life that made me a bit shy, I am growing into my personality and learning to love people. At one year old, I still have the playfulness of a kitten, but I also love to settle in and be given lots of attention. As a part of your family, I will be your most faithful companion - even at the Center, I always ask nicely for one more good pet before my human friends leave for the night. Even though tiny kittens can be a pit pesky, I am very sociable and am always up for some playful romping around! I would love to meet you - maybe your home will be the right one for me! GlennHi, I'm Glenn, and I'm looking for my forever home! Even though I am all black - like so many of my friends at GNHCP - I stand out because at 4-1/2 months, I am already quite the charmer! I was recently rescued from a feral cat colony in Hamden, and the reality is that I'm a "momma's boy" and warm up to people very quickly. I am quite playful, too, so if you have toys and treats around, I'll be right at your side. I am hoping to find a family to grow up with - I promise that if you come and meet me, I will look dreamily into your eyes and melt your heart! MinnieHi, I'm Minnie, and I'm looking for my forever home! I am almost five months old now, and was rescued from a depressed part of New Haven; I lived there in a feral cat colony. I'm kind of like a ricocheting black and white bullet - I really like to play "catch me if you can!" But, once you get me, I'm yours, and I enjoy being pet. I'm coming around very quickly and have lots of potential to be a loyal, loving companion. Call 782-CATS (782-2287) or send a message to gnhcp1@gnhcp.org to arrange for a visit!
TillyHi, I'm Tilly, and I'm looking for my forever home! I'm just four months old, but already I am full of spunk and growing into my personality - and my paws - a little more everyday. While I absolutely love to tumble around with the other kittens, I really like people, too. Don't let my occasional shy moment fool you - as soon as you start petting me, I will relax and love every moment of it! I have settled in well at GNHCP, so I know that I would adapt to your home very quickly. Please come by the center to meet me soon!
