The Doris Day Animal Foundation (DDAF) is a national, nonprofit 501(c)(3) Public Charity founded in 1978 as the Doris Day Pet Foundation by legendary performer, Doris Day, with a straightforward mission that continues to this day:  to help animals and the people who love them.  As a grant-giving charity, DDAF funds other 501(c)(3) organizations across the United States that directly care for and protect animals.

The Community Foundation for Greater New haven

The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven is a philanthropic institution that was established in 1928 as the community's permanent charitable endowment. They also host The Great Give*, which is an amazing event that brings in new donors and funds to GNHCP.

Since 2013, Athletes for Animals has successfully connected athletes with a shared passion for animals, educated the public about responsible pet ownership, promoted pet adoption, raised funds and distributed grants to support best practices in animal welfare.
